Guide to Perks and Sabotages

Perk Basics

As a survivor you can select up to 3 perks.

Your three active perks can be viewed in your survivor’s customization screen and will be highlighted by a red circle if active.

If you’re just starting out, pick a perk you think works best for you and focus on maxing it out asap.

Perk Builds

These builds are not meta, but I found to be fun.

Ticket Master

  • Power Walker, Master Pianist, Distant Savior

“Every man for himself”

  • Power Walker, Master Pianist, Leave No Trace

Team Player

  • Distant Savior, Leadership, Power Walker

Puzzle Master

  • Master Pianist, Genius, Think Fast

Master Evader

  • Power Walker, Shadow Walker, Leave No Trace

Meat Bag

  • Power Walker, Leadership, bait Punching Bag

Sabotages

Feeding Frenzy

Cooldown: 120 seconds

  • Advisory for survivors: Don’t get caught during duration

Boobytrap

Cooldown: 240 seconds

  • Can be negated by activating trap and getting healed by “Leadership” perk
  • Damage to players TBD

Directionless

Cooldown: 120 seconds

  • Just memorize the map?

Living Nightmare

Cooldown: 120 seconds

  • Either hide or use your ears during the duration of the sabotage as survivor

No Pack

Cooldown: 180 seconds

  • Last for 30 seconds for all survivors
  • Can be negated if survivors repair each others grab packs (please do this), repair time depends on level of sabotage

No Escape

Cooldown: 100 seconds

  • Best hope you’re evasive enough to not get chased or caught

Shutdown

Cooldown: 180 seconds

  • 50/50 shot you meet monster, pretty straight forward

Total Lockdown

Cooldown: 120 seconds

  • Be evasive and have an escape plan.
