The game can be fun up to a point and then they do things to the game that make it a drag. They endlessly repeat the same puzzles. Worse, they have projects, such as earning ugly portrait images. The worse thing about that is that they just keep giving you the same portraits over and over, once you get around 80% of the available portraits. It's discouraging, frustrating, boring, when they make it impossible to progress.
They ban the most inane, harmless words in the chat. If your word gets erased, you lose everything else that you wrote. More frustration.
The business that runs the game, People fun, has a reputation for ripping off players and not responding to the feedback via their customer support. They need to listen to the many reasonable complaints of their players, but they don't. I left for a year because of their bad attitude towards players. I am likely to leave again. They just don't care and it shows. Sad, because it could be great.
